Kicks Fam! 👟 We are excited to announce that we are almost ready to release this massive update. Obviously, there have been some delays. We are going to explain the situation below ⬇️ Make sure you read carefully because we need your help 🤝 Many of the bugs came to light due to an authentication tool that we were using. This tool allowed seamless web3 integration into the app and allowed us to move through apple and google store reviews faster 🔥 This tool allowed us to be ready to release the update today, but we do have some precise instructions that users must follow to enable the latest version of the app. If you do not follow these instructions: You may incur a loss of funds and/or NFTs when sending these assets to your account ⚠️ The options: 1️⃣ We release now, but we will require users to open the app for 15 seconds, close it, open it again, and check whether they have the new version (we will describe the appropriate changes). This option brings risks that involve different users using different versions of the app - and may result in a loss of assets/accounts. 2️⃣ We will submit the latest app version for review by apple and google. This submission will make the update automatic but will force us to release it tomorrow or the day after. We will also give all existing users a free accessory if we opt for this. In short, option 1 is an immediate release but may bring significant issues. Option 2 brings a few days of delay but is safer and more secure. We are now activating the GetKicks community to choose what is best. You will find options 1 and 2 in a poll on our Twitter which will be posted shortly. Please choose wisely! Kicksfam! We are happy to inform you that we are aiming to launch the second version of the app on Android this week. Our dev team did a great job making sure everything is ready to transition into the next phase of the GetKicks saga. Regarding our IOS release; unfortunately, we are still waiting for approval from the App store. Currently we are having conversations with Apple regarding some of our web3 functionalities, and hope we will get approval for these new functionalities as soon as possible. Get ready, GetKicks!

In the coming days, we will reveal all the GetKicks accessories and highlight each of their benefits. In total, there will be 4 different accessories, each with 5 possible rarities from common to legendary, which can be purchased using $LACE. Each of these accessories can be equipped to your Kick. Make sure to increase the potential of your shoe to unlock more accessory slots. Once equipped, the accessory will boost one of the stats of your Kick, depending on the type of that accessory. Every Kick can hold a maximum of 4 accessories and can't have two of the same kind of accessories equipped. All of the accessories should become available soon after the next big app update. The in-app marketplace for these accessories is currently also being finalized, and we hope to launch it soon, so stay tuned!

How to use your Kick NFT in the GetKicks app: 1. Go to

and connect the wallet on which you have your Kick NFT stored. Make sure the Kick you want to send isn't listed on either Tofu NFT or the GetKicks marketplace. 2. Once you're on Tofu NFT, go to the "My NFTs" page by clicking on your profile in the top right corner and selecting the option from the drop-down menu. 3. Select the Kick NFT you want to send over to your in-app wallet. Then, go to the page of that particular Kick by pressing on it. Again make sure it isn't currently listed on Tofu. 4. Underneath the listing box, you will see a small blue button with the text "Send" next to it. Press on the button, after which a pop-up will open. Here you will need to paste the receiver address, so the one you have in your GetKicks app. 5. To retrieve this address, open the GetKicks app on your phone. Go to your profile, where you will see your wallet. Press on your wallet address, which should give you a pop-up that your address has been copied. 6. Paste this address in the pop-up from step 4 and send it. Make sure you have enough BNB in your wallet to send your Kick. Afterward, you should receive your Kick within a few minutes in your app. 7. Go to the red button in the app and select the Kick you want to wear. Press on that Kick and click wear. After that, the Kick should be on your home screen, and you can start moving with it!
